To promote the Steelpan and Steelband. To provide programs for panists (Steel band players) of all ages and backgrounds. To integrate the Caribbean, Afro-American, European and other cultural experiences, thereby production a potpourri enrichment that will ultimately influence the socio/cultural infrastructure of our various communities for future generations.

To organize Local and International Steel band Concerts.
To provide grant assistance to Steel bands and individuals who are members of the association. To do such other as may be necessary in fulfilling the above objectives.
